dont say like acupuncture or pot or something stupid ive tried it (the acupuncture part haha)
i have such an insane schedule and barely have time for anything.
breathing techniques dont seem to work and ive tried yoga and meditation several times but i could never really relax it just made me feel kinda depressed because it felt like i was trapping myself in a box and couldnt be myself haha does that make sense?
besides i dont really have the kind of time for yoga classes or anything.
ive lit candles and inscense before but it gives me headaches :/
i know i sound impossible right? but all these ways just seem like theyre all placebo effects and they just dont work for me. i feel like im being told ‘just shut up and sit still and then you’ll calm down’
